Having the mobility and flexibility is an asset when it comes to your training, especially with CrossFit. That’s why we offer Yoga once a week run by Amy.

Amy has 200 hours of teacher training with Donna Winters of Balanced Yoga in Columbus OH with the focus on Vinyasa flow.

In 2009, she travelled to Encinitas CA to complete her teaching training in primary series of Astanga Yoga with Tim Miller (who was the first American to be certified to teach Ashtanga Yoga by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India.

In addition, Amy has completed workshops with certified Ashtanga teachers such as Mark Darby, Kino MacGrego, David Robson and Bhavani Maki. She currently study with Melissa Wasserfall at True Yoga in Edmonton.

“I believe there is a healthy balance doing Yoga and CrossFit. Yoga helps stretch and mobilize the muscles in order for your body to handle the workouts we do in CrossFit.”


Yoga classes are every Wednesday at 5:30pm – 6:30pm. (We have a few mats available for use if you don’t have one. If you have your own mat, please bring it for the class)
